May 5th - We will be moving to camp very very soon. If you are sending any mail to our White Plains address please make sure it gets to us by May 15th. Otherwise send mail to our summer address: 532 NYS Route 74 Paradox, NY 12858. Our summer office will officially be open on May 22nd. Our summer phone number is 518-532-7717. Please call this number after May 21st with any questions/concerns.

April 18th - REMINDER! All forms due May 1st! If you have misplaced your forms then you can download them directly on Southwoods Forms page. Please dont forget to register with Kidsmedpacks by May 23rd if your camper is going to be taking any medication in pill form (including vitamins) this summer. We will not be accepting medication at the bus. Enjoy your spring breaks, summer is almost here!

Mar 18th - Ten of the Southwoods Head Staff just returned from the Annual Tri-State Camp Conference that comprised of over 200 educational sessions, 500 camps, and 4000 camping professionals. We were very proud to see and listen to one of our very own campers, Hannah Fuchs, take part in a Keynote Session. The Keynote titled, "The True Impact of Summer Camp" allowed this group of well-spoken campers to express the impact that their camp has made in their lives as it relates to leadership, values, and their visions of tomorrow.

Many exciting things for Summer 2008 are taking place here at the Winter Office and we can't wait to share them with you all soon. Camp is only 50 days away!
